Reports are provided in MS Word or PDF format and can be customised to align to the agency’s branding requirements. Depending on the property size, property condition reports can take up to five hours to complete at the rental property. Every PCR is accompanied on average with 300 to 800 photos of the property condition that supports the comments made within the written report.
