WA Rental Services is a Perth based boutique business specialising in the production of rental inspection reports for Perth’s Property Managers and Real Estate agencies.
Understanding the need for high quality property condition reports, especially in a highly competitive industry, our aim is to provide our clients with the level of reporting that owners and tenants would expect to receive from the agency they have appointed to manage their investment properties.
We also understand that Property Managers are often under a lot of pressure from managing a portfolio of properties and are often handling multiple tasks at any given moment – from owner enquiries and existing tenant management through to advertising properties, reference checking, lease sign ups and dealing with various trades and services.

Often we have have asked agency owners if they knew how much was spent on reports when done internally but only too often the reply was that they didn’t know the exact expense but only knew the income as it was stated in the management authority.
